When was your baby born?

What was your baby's height and weight at birth?

21 inches long, 7 pounds 4 ounces

Was your baby early, late or on time?

3 days early, so I'd say on time!

What area of Pittsburgh do you call home?

We are outside of Pittsburgh, in the Laurel Highlands.

What was your first thought when you found out you were pregnant?

Finally! I was thrilled. Also in disbelief.

How did you tell the father you were expecting?

I called him on his way too work because I couldn't hold it in, told him I took 4 tests after he left the house all positive. He was so relaxed, he just said "I had a feeling. It was written all over you." Guess he knew before me, haha!

How did you style the nursery?

White, Grey and light blue. Very soft and calming, with modern vibes to it.

How did you chose your baby's name?

We were going to name him Maison if he was a girl, but we just couldn't let the name go when we found out he was a boy, so we just took out the "I."

What are you looking forward to doing with your baby?

Traveling and showing him all of the good in the world.

Calm, happy, angelic.

Share a piece of advice to an expecting mom.

Everything will happen the way it is supposed to. Take everything as it comes, and don't panic when things don't go to plan.

What has been the biggest struggle since coming home from the hospital?

Sleeping.

What was your favorite part of your newborn photo session?

Spending time as a family.

Why is newborn photography important to you?

They will only be this small for such a little while. It's so important to remember it.

If any of your personal items were used during the portrait session, where were they from? Target, Pottery Barn, Etsy, etc.

My grandmother hand knit the Blakey, the dog was from target.

Where did you deliver?

Uniontown Hospital.
